Agreement

By using Haiku55 at haiku55.si (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Haiku55 is an online AI agent that answers your messages using Anthropic's Claude Haiku 5.5 model and optional tools such as web search and page reading. Features, limits and models may change over time.

Independent Service

Haiku55 is an independent service built on Anthropic's API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Haiku are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

AI Output

Answers are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important information independently. AI output is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use it.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive.
• Violate Anthropic's Usage Policy, which applies to all content processed by the model.
• Generate content that infringes others' rights or exploits minors.
• Circumvent usage limits — for example by creating multiple accounts or rotating IP addresses — or access the Service through automated means.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may refuse requests, limit usage or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits, Plans and Payments

• Free credits are granted daily to signed-in users and expire at the end of the day (00:00 UTC). Guest messages are limited per day.
• Usage is charged in credits based on the actual cost of each answer; web searches cost additional credits.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits from a subscription period expire at the end of that period. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Credit packs are valid for one year from purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the messages you send. You grant us the rights needed to process them in order to provide the Service, including sending them to our AI provider. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you send.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or periods of high demand.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
